We use only express air courier with tracking. You get SMS and emails with tracking details and regular shipment updates. Orders are delivered within 0-2 days to metros and large cities and 1-3 days to smaller towns.

Standard Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Sometimes due to un-avoidable circumstances our courier partners may face some delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery when such situation arises. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Epicvita is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Cancellation

10 Day Returns
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Epicvita – you can return all items within 10 days of receiving the product. However, please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. In case if you have used the product and you are not satisfied with what you have bought, then we will still take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. In case of Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will make a bank transfer to your account within 10 days after receiving your bank details.

Please note that you will be charged for the delivery fee and the pickup fee / return shipping fee as applicable.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at team@epicvita.co within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

Please note:

  1. That replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
  2. It is subjected to price changes or variant that may not be under our control.
  3. You may be charged for the delivery fee and the pickup fee (return shipping fee) as applicable.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products
warehouse/clearance sale products are sold at a heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under warehouse sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.

Cancellation

In order to cancel any of item(s) in your order or the complete order before it is dispatched, kindly email team@epicvita.co with your order number and reason for cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, the money will be refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Epicvita will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund within 5 working days.
